Just collected my first Aston from McGurks, from the first visit just for a chat Matt was extremely polite and respectful of the fact that I’d told him I probably was not going to buy yet, but after viewing the car and a short test drive I just had to buy it. All their stock cars are perfectly presented.Matts product knowledge was spot on and he gave me very good advice, a deal was soon done. On collection of the car John introduced himself and thanked me for my custom, I would have no problem recommending McGurk to any prospective Aston Martin buyer. Lovely people to deal with.

From the first interaction with McGurk the service was impeccable. Kevin was knowledgeable and took time to show me everything I wanted with nothing too much trouble. A week later collected my new car, again with excellent communication throughout and great service. 10/10 and will be back in the future!

Bought our DB11 from Kevin. Turning up with 2 young kids in an old Landrover, he did not judge us or assume we were time wasting like other dealers. We were a bit hesitant on which car to choose and he wasn’t pushy. Also thanks to Matt for helping arrange the colour coding of brake calipers. Excellent service and will obviously use them for the car maintenance. Highly recommended.

Made enquiry about a vehicle, dealt with Kevin who was responsive straight away gave me a video call of the vehicle, couldn't quite get the finances together for the beautiful car I was interested in but from that initial enquiry very impressed which is more than I can say About Aston Bristol and Reading

Absolutely outstanding experience buying my Aston Martin Rapide S. From start to finish, Matt from McGurk made the whole process effortless, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. His knowledge of the brand and attention to detail were exceptional, but what really stood out was how personal and relaxed he made everything feel — never pushy, just passionate about the cars and making sure I found the right one. The Rapide S was presented beautifully and exceeded every expectation. Matt kept me updated throughout, answered every question quickly, and made the handover feel really special. If you’re considering an Aston Martin, I can’t recommend Matt & McGurk highly enough. First-class service and an unforgettable buying experience — 5 stars all the way.

I had a great experience purchasing a car from McGurk Performance Cars. Kevin was professional, friendly & efficient. He is extremely knowledgeable about all the cars available & worked hard to put a part exchange deal together for me to allow me to purchase the car I wanted. There were a few cosmetic items that I wanted addressed on my chosen car & Kevin was fair in his approach to having these dealt with. I would happily recommend McGurk Performance Cars & Kevin, in particular, to anyone wishing to buy a used Aston Martin.

Recently bought my first Aston from Matt at McGurk’s. First class service and experience all round, every little detail taken care of by them to ensure I drove away delighted with my new purchase. Would definitely be my first port of call when looking at second hand Aston’s in the future.

I have just purchased and collected my 2014 Aston Martin Vanquish from McGurk's. I can't recommend them highly enough. Totally professional and no pressure selling. Took my old 2014 Vantage in Part ex and didn't do the usual motor trade price knock down rubbish. Both Jon and Matt were a delight to deal with. My minor pre handover requested were done spot on and the handover was fantastic. Thanks , I'll be back for the servicing when it's ready.

Superb stock and after sales. You find out how good a company really is if there are issues to address. Their approach is always pragmatic and collaborative. Cars will never be perfect forever, just doesn’t happen. BUT buying from these guys ensures two things 1. You minimise the risk of issues because the stock is high quality in the first place 2. When something does break, and it will, they will be best placed to help but also address the issue as a partnership not as a revenue generator.

Purchased my 1st Aston Martin in July 2025 From McGurk. Kevin looked after me, gave me lots of great advice, was extremely patient with me and helped me pick the right car for me. Importantly the right car was more important than trying to sell me the most expensive car in my budget which was extremely welcome. Post sales advice and help has also been 1st class. I'm looking forward to buying my next one from them in a couple of years. Not going to look anywhere else. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an Aston Martin.

Recently bought my 1st Aston (Rapide) from McGurks. As previous reviews have mentioned, Kevin, who I dealt with, went through everything without any pressure and did a few alterations to an already lovely looking car. I emailed John at McGurks with a quirry regarding the car post purchase and it was immediately dealt with by my local Aston specialist at their cost. Very reassuring. Thanks.

Had a great experience in dealing with Kevin at McGurks. The whole process was enjoyable with no pressure or sales tactics used. An open and honest chat with a great test drive was all I needed to know that this was the place to buy from. A few minor points raised on the car were given the go ahead with no fuss and dealt with to a high standard. Loving my first Aston Martin and will keep a keen eye on their future stock!

I saw a beautiful DB11 on the McGurk site, paid a deposit, went to see it, fell in love and paid the balance. That's the process part. However the experience was made by the knowledgeable team led by Kevin, the friendly welcome, and made buying an AM memorable. I will even contemplate driving 2.5hrs to have it serviced by them to continue the relationship 😁.

Visited McGurk’s in September after a recommendation from a friend. Was met by Kevin who must have thought we were mad turning up on pushbikes with a dog in the basket. He talked us through what we were looking for and helped us make the final decision. Great service, easy to talk to. Whole team friendly, Andy, the car preparation man, has given us good advice on how to keep our pride and joy looking lovely.

Bought my first Aston off Kevin of McGurk Performance Cars Sept ‘25. Got to say that the service I received off him was absolutely first class. No sales pressure, and their knowledge of the cars is excellent. I requested a little work to a car in preparation of my purchase, and it was all done ‘to the letter’ and in the best possible standard. Handover was brilliant. Highly recommend this company.

I bought my Vanquish from McGurk and have had a year of trouble free driving (over 6000 miles). I returned the car to them for it's annual service despite a return trip of over 1000 miles (I live in the north of Scotland). Every time I have dealt with McGurks I have had an exemplary level of service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking of either buying a car or of maintaining their existing vehicle.

I was in the market for an aston martin back in march and afyer some thorough research i made sure i went to the right company to provide me with a car! I chose mcgurk as they had an impeccable reputation and boy did they not disappoint! From the start when i called i was greeted by kevin there head salesman, in that position for a reason. A great initial phone call abd he put me at ease that i had chosen the right place for my aston martin (vantage s 2016). I had a particular car on my radar as it was exactly what i was looking for. Low milage and full service history and the best spec for that car. He assured me i had picked the right car after we built up a rapport after a couple of phone calls. He sent me videos of a walkaround and said he would prep the car for collection in a week. I was super excited and visited mcgurk in late march. On arrival i met the team, great bunch of guys! Simon the tech man and the owner who was a great guy and very down to earth. He has some special cars in he’s collection which i was allowed to see what a privilege! Kevin talked me through the controls on collection and knew i had bought from the right place. The car came with 12 months warranty which assured me everything had been checked before the handover. 6 months on ive just had my pride and joy serviced by them and feels like new! I cannot fault this company. Seriously top draw. I’ll be back for my next addition next year! Thanks guys!

May 2025 I purchased my V8 Vantage from McGurk. Matt was extremely professional, informed and allowed me time on my own to view and think when requested. Once I selected my car we took time to note down any touch ups pre handover which they subsequently delivered on exactly. Matt was very flexible on collection day which helped, and the car looked fantastic! A few weeks later I noticed a polishing mark on the paint which could only be seen in certain light. Matt and John handled the issue amicably and the issue was mutually resolved. It wasn't necessarily McGurk that caused the mark we just all missed it from pre sale check. Their honesty and support in resolving it was a breath of fresh air, much appreciated. Overall this was an excellent experience and transaction.

Have just purchased our 1st Aston Martin. What can i say! The guys at McGurk have been absolutely superb from my initial phone call all the way through to collection. Kevin was always on hand to answer my copious amounts of questions and I received updates on a daily basis from him and the team. Their knowledge and passion along with fantastic customer service made the decision to use them unquestionable. Thoroughly recommend them on so many levels. All I can say is thank you and we will be back.....

Absolutely brilliant service from Kevin at McGurk whilst buying my (new to me) Vantage S. Having previously owned a DB9 and a V8 F-Type Jag, Kevin explained the major differences in drivability on the Vantage with its Sportshift box. Expectations managed, and one day and 200 miles into ownership and I just love it! It’s a great company and despite living 140 miles away, I will be trusting them to service my new beast when the time comes.

Bought V8 Vantage. Kevin took his time, talked through the options both pros and cons (this was my first AM). Fantastic showroom with amazing selection. The added reassurance that there is a specialist close by that can support me is a bonus. It is definitely worth checking ahead if you are travelling - the car listings seem to turn over rapidly.

Took my vantage there to have a check engine warning light looked at. The team checked the car over, found the fault, ordered parts and had the car back the next day. Great service, very friendly, amazing show room and a better price than a main dealer. Would go back for sure.

Picked up my first Aston Martin, and the team at Mcgurks were outstanding throughout the whole process. Firstly with a wealth of AM knowledge pre purchase, with regular updates, pictures and videos throughout the preparation process and a smooth handover. Dont think I will need to look much further if I am looking to change up in the future.
